Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.,
Custom bags are non-returnable.,
We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the item and place a new order.,

Warranty

Allout Bags includes a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching failure or material defects).

Normal wear and tear,
Damage from misuse or improper care,
Weather or surface-related damage,
Custom or clearance items,
